Garry Buswell — Managing Partner
Garry joined Royal Cornell in 1978 having completed a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University. In 1982 he joined David Cornell as a Partner in the Business. Garry has in excess of 30 years experience in the Accounting Profession. He is a CPA, a Certified Financial Planner and an Authorised Representative of Sentry Financial Services WA Pty Ltd.
Garry has a broad background in Accounting and Taxation and provides Business Advisory Services to a wide range of small to medium sized enterprises.
Russell Berriman — Partner
Russell joined Royal Cornell in 1988 having graduated from Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of Business. He was admitted as a Partner at Royal Cornell in 1999. Russell has in excess of 20 years experience in the Accounting Profession.
Russell has an extensive background in Taxation and specialises in providing advice to our many Farming Clients. Russell is also familiar with many of the different computer based accounting packages. He is a CPA, has a Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and is an Authorised Representative of Sentry Financial Services WA Pty Ltd.
David Cornell — Consultant
David commenced his Accounting Career with AW Ferguson and Associates in 1967. This business had purchased David’s fathers Accounting Practice in 1967. David has in excess of 30 years experience in the Accounting Profession. He is a CPA and an Authorised Representative of Sentry Financial Services WA Pty Ltd.
David has a broad Accounting and Taxation background and is also actively involved in the area of Succession Planning.

Lily Yap joined Royal Cornell in 2001 and has a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University. Lily has 7 years experience in Accounting and Tax matters.
Ken O'Leary
Ken O'Leary joined Royal Cornell in 2002 and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University. Ken is a CPA and has 7 years experience in Accounting and Tax Matters.
Lisa Weggen
Lisa joined Royal Cornell in 2000 and has an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from TAFE. Lisa helps in preparing Income Tax Returns and has a good knowledge of MYOB.
Zhong Wang
Zhong has recently joined Royal Cornell as a Graduate Accountant. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Accounting at Curtin University.
Louise de Haer
Louise joined Royal Cornell in 2006. She currently attends to many of the day to day secretarial matters in our office.
Jessica Galluzzo
Jessica has joined Royal Cornell as our receptionist and will be the first point of contact with our clients.
Natalie Berriman
Natalie currently works three days a week and is our Receptionist on those days. She also provides valuable support to Louise and Jessica.
